Our Erasmus+ Project aims to increase participation of young people in regular physical activity. It combines fitness practices with traditional dance to make sport more attractive and culturally engaging. It also integrates digital learning tools to ensure accessibility and sustainability.

The “Active Together” Project aims to inspire long-term behavioral changes, promoting fitness and traditional dance as effective tools for improving health and social inclusion across Europe.

To promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles among young people aged 17-30 through traditional dance techniques, combining cultural heritage with fitness education. The objective is to test and disseminate the e-learning platform's content during the European Week of Sport.
